UPSC 2019: Mr. Dhiman chakma secured AIR 722 rank in UPSC main examination

Mr. Dhiman Chakma Alumnus of RKMV school, Agartala from where another UPSC candidate Mr. Tarit Kanti Chakma (IAS) cleared the exam in 2017 from Tripura

Agartala, 4 July: From Tripura, Mr. Dhiman Chakma secured all India rank 722 in Civil service examination (CSE) 2019 conducted by the (Union public service commission) UPSC. On Tuesday UPSC's main examination results 2019 announced on the official website of UPSC.

A total of 829 UPSC candidates has been selected for various civil service posts, Indian administrative service, Indian Foreign Service and Indian police service.

Mr. Chakma hails from Kanchanpur in North Tripura District. He is an alumnus of Ramkrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Agartala from where Mr. Tarit Kanti Chakma (IAS) in 2017, another ex-student from the same school who also cracked UPSC main examination.

In a tweet CM of Tripura Mr. Biplab Kumar Deb Congratulated Mr. Chakma via tweeter.

"Heartiest congratulations to Shri Dhiman Chakma of Tripura who successfully cracked UPSC  main examination. As per the main exam results announced by UPSC, he secured All India Rank 722. Wishing him all success for his future endeavours.

He is only UPSC candidates to clear UPSC main examination 2019 from state Tripura.

In addition, Mr. Pradeep Singh from Haryana topped in UPSC main exam 2019.
